BeautifulMind organizes training workshops in Zurich (Switzerland) on the BodyMind Approach to Well-being and the use of Expressive Arts. A first workshop was held in September 2019 in cooperation with Yoga in a Bag on “Joyful Eating: A BodyMind Approach to Eating Disorders.” More workshops are planned for 2020.
JENGA East Africa Psycho-Social Initiative, a non-profit Community-Based Organization (CBO) organizes mini-workshops in East African communities focused on Child Development and Women’s Business and Empowerment. A first Group Therapy was organized in 2019 in Kibera, Nairobi’s largest human settlement, funded by the United Nations Federal Credit Union, in conjunction with the Kilimanjiro Initiative.
JENGA was previously the name of the training arm of BeautifulMind and held seven international workshops from 2014-2020 in Nairobi. Please see below for further information on past workshops.
